Hisssssssssssss

This man speaks truth.

In this blog: Dr. O’Rourke earns even more Cool Points

Dr. O’Rourke let us watch this in Mind today. That’s how awesome he is.

Headbanging cellists!

Hot.

Literal Translation

Awesome!

This makes me happy. I want a magic frame.

“Band montaaaaaaaage!”

A Geneticist’s Worst Nightmare

Hahahahaha, this is freaking great.

Mendel would flip the fuck out.

I’m going to go cross some owls with some blackjack tables, I’ll be right back.

We have failed to dispose of Algernon!

Hahaha, oh man, watch this a few times, it keeps getting funnier.

“Halifax is a SEX NIGHT! Shing! Shing! SHENG. SHENG. SHENGSHENGSHENG.”

“DON’TYOUFUCKINGLOOKATME!”

Also, we didn’t catch Algernon.

Apparently, we caught a DIFFERENT mouse. Fun times.

Fontasia

This is genius.

Also, “Fontasia” would make an EXCELLENT Flash project, and would be attempted if I weren’t so lazy.

“Here it is! The tire pump of my dreams!!”

This is frighteningly addictive.

And I’ve never even seen Star Trek.

Oh dear

So what is it about dubbed Spongebob videos on YouTube that make me laugh so hard?

This one’s great ‘cause the dubbing is incredibly…man, I don’t know, half of it’s so horrible it’s hilarious and the other half is just hilarious. They’re so angry while they dub.

Best lines:
“Spongebob, it’s not fucking ten feet from your big ass!”
“Spongebob to Patrick…fuck yourself…over.”
“I’m gonna have a can of BALLS.”
“I was just fine until you launched that piece of shit into my windpipe!”
The rest of it past 2:09

HAHAHAHAHAHA

People, I just witnessed the best video on YouTube, and all I did was type “Leibniz” into the search bar.

In a sentence: high-schoolers + video camera + Newton-Leibniz controversy over calculus = AMAZING HILARITY. There’s even a Sparta reference!! And that feather boa (I think that’s what it is) is by no means an exaggeration of Leibniz’ wig.

You probably didn’t laugh nearly as hard as I did, but this is my blog, and thus I deem it appropriate for me to post things that cater to my specific humor. Such things as this.

Since my initial viewing of it, it has been watched 15 times and has been favorited. And posted on Facebook.

I should probably stop searching for Leibniz on the internet. Don’t get me wrong, I find some really funny stuff (for instance, last night I typed in “action Leibniz” in Google and found this, hence the MSN name change), but I probably annoy you all with my constant “Leibniz this” and “Leibniz that”…oh well.

The history books, they’ve got it all wrong!

You guys, I just witnessed what is possibly both the most disturbing, strangest, and, in some spots, most hilarious 5 minutes of any Captain Planet episode ever made. Check it out.

The dialogue is genius. If I didn’t know Captain Planet, I would swear this was a parody. Yeah, it’s that bad. Or good, I can’t decide.

Best parts:
“Stop bidding against me or I will invade you!” (This rivals “asscockshitrapeFUCK” for me)

“Heil, Fuhrer, baby!”

“Just what do you think you’re doing, shorty?”

The fact that there are like twenty windows in that castle and Captain Planet decides to go through the solid stone wall instead (3:37). This had me on the floor laughing, literally. Use a freaking window, dude! And then he breaks the ceiling later.

“I’ve heard of neutron bombs, atomic bombs, and even smart bombs! But there’s no such thing as a good bomb!” No wiser words have been spoken in so strange a manner, my dear Captain.

And this one comment I found regarding the ending:
CAPTAIN P: “Oh, there’s the time hole thing!”
PLANETEERS: “Well, gee, Cap. While we’re here, do you think we could use our Ancient Elemental Powers of Asskicking to stop the Holocaust? Or the bombing of Pearl Harbor? Or the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki? Or…”
CAPTAIN P.: “TIME HOLE THING! GET IN RIGHT NOW! GO PLANET!!!”

This was awesome.

Haha, bouts of severe vertigo are fun

Did you ever get that? You’re walking down a flight of stairs and suddenly you get really, really dizzy and have to sit down cause you feel like the earth is moving under your feet? It was rather freaky, if I do say so myself.

Anyway…

Philosophy today seals the deal. Leibniz is my philosopher for the party. Case closed.

IMPORTANT NOTE: when the heck should we have this? AND: you people need to invite more than just yourselves. Anyone who seems remotely fun and who would seem to remotely like to hang out with a bunch of dorks in togas and 17th century costumes who may or may not be philosophizing the whole time (depends on how we swing—philosophers can party, too!), invite them. Just tell me who they are, first.

Onward!

Haha, best comment I’ve ever gotten on a paper in college so far: “It was really well written after the first two pages of rambling. A.”

This was for that paper on Descartes I told you all about. I love Dr. Cannon.

Okay.

So tonight I went on YouTube and essentially watched every sad music video/movie ending I could find. It was a good thing. After all, I haven’t bawled my eyes out in like two weeks, so I was way overdue.

Then I watched the director’s cut ending of The Butterfly Effect and I freaking lost it.

I don’t think I’ve cried that much in months. I think it was the combination of the actual movie ending and the memories surrounding the movie itself.

But I think it was a good thing, you know? The past clings to us like soap residue on a body sponge. Sometimes you just need to leave it under running water for a while.

And that was the best metaphor ever conceived.

I feel better now.

Oh, and do this: go to Wikipedia, and type in “rabbit’s foot.” Read the first sentence under that entry.

The quadratic formula? The quadratic formula?! I asked for a Mobius band on rye, you dolt!

So I was rereading my blogs a few minutes ago, and I read this for the first time after typing it:

69. What is your favorite Disney movie?
Either Aladdin (because of Jafar) or Beauty and the Beast (because of Lumiere. Is it sad that I find an anthropomorphic candelabrum attractive? And the fact that I felt so when I was like eight years old?).

And I’ve decided that I am either really, really funny, or really, really pathetic. Tell me, dear readers, which of the two options is the case?

Anyway, two items of humor today.

1. I don’t know if any of you have watched this yet, but it’s by the same guy who did the Yogi Bear thing. In fact, the Yogi Bear thing is referenced. Heavily. Start at 5:38.

2. Ivor Biggun and his perverted songs are giving The Bloodhound Gang and their “The Bad Touch” a run for their money.
Go here. Listen to “All of These Things Are Soul.” Is it just me, or is this really freaking funny? Also listen to, if you haven’t already, the “Bras on 45” song. Even better, listen to it with a visual accompaniment!*

Also, this is not nearly as funny (bagpipe music), but I like it (listen to “Udu Boy”).

Further note: Excitement! Elaboration pending.

End of blog.

*Yes, I’ve posted this before, but I don’t know if any of you have ever watched it.

Doctor! There’s an appendix in my textbook!

I’m sorry, but this deserves its own blog. Freaking awesome.

Action starts at ~:45. Really gets cool when the music picks up.

And I’m linking to this, even though I’ve posted it here before and many of you readers (hell, probably all of you readers) have seen it before. I say it’s worth another look!

Fact: I have decided there are very few things sexier than a man playing a violin (yes, I’m aware those aren’t violins–this is a point independent of the second link). Voltaire and possibly William Shatner are sexier exceptions. There are probably others, but I can’t think of them right now.

Immature Humor Fun Time

This may be the immature, childish side of me talking here, but I thought this was freaking hilarious.

And here are a few even more hilarious comments from another website where this was posted:
“The Tiddy Bear. That is wildly inappropriate.”
“I have two tiddys”
“Yeah, but not as fun as a titty bare.”
“Quit Staring at my Tiddies!!”
“And now try our newest product…The Pussy Cat!”
“How in the fuck did that thing get patented?”
“i love it! just as much as Tids! i mean tits!”
“some of those tiddys were pretty nice!”
“The titty bear, it motorboats your boobs while you drive lol”

Oh my.

Haha, these are great

I have recently been made aware of this:

But why wasn’t I ever told of these?!

I am now amused.

Good memories. Good memories.

And Matt, I can’t tell if you’re amused or disturbed during that last one.

“Have a kitty!”

Ah, YouTube

Who likes “Whose Line Is It Anyway?”

“I do, I do!”

Here are some great moments, in my opinion. Give me a break, I’ve been bored all week!

Enjoy, Whose Line lovers!

Haha, goodness

This is the funniest thing I’ve seen in a while. I don’t know about you, but I get a big kick out of people losing their rationality and getting angry over the silliest things, and this whole thing is just a huge overreaction. It gets funnier as he continues to lose. Don’t watch if excessive cursing offends you.

Skip to 1:17, when he starts the game.

“I’m Yogi Bear, bitch!”
