This is a very natural sleeping pattern for me and something that I will default to if given even the slightest opportunity. Lately I’ve been crashing in my chair around 9 PM, waking up when Nate goes to bed, then going to “actual” bed around 2-3 AM. It just works for me. My phases aren’t four hours long, but that’s because I’m a weirdo and don’t need much sleep anyway.
